JOB TITLE: A Sales Representative.

JOB TYPE: PART-TIME.
Payton stores limited (DDUKU SHOP) is looking around for individuals who are confident, self-driven, passionate about customer service and sales. This is a commission-based job, and all candidates earn off their commission.
There is training offered to shortlisted candidates.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
-Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
-Seek new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients
-Respond to customer queries relating to products sales and service.
-Creating awareness of the company’s existence and its services.
-Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS.
-Good customer service.
-Appreciation of word, excel and PowerPoint.
-Sales closing skills and good communication skills.
-Speaks confidently and fluently.
-Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
-Initiative and action oriented.
-Diploma or degree in sales and marketing or a related field.
-1 Years’ experience as a sales field-based expert.
We are also looking for individuals who are Results and performance driven, passionate about sales and service to customers, hard working and pay attention to detail and highly positive with persistence.
-Marketing and sales are an added advantage for all candidates.
