My Name Is Oloka Innocent and together with my colleague Kanyike Innocent, we managed to launch Duuka Uganda in 2018 with a primary aim of creating a One Stop Online Shop providing both products and services to the Public. To achieve this, we created a page
with linked accounts to WhatsApp, Instagram and Twitter so far. Although we had earlier been marketing and selling online, we felt we were not doing enough to reach out to the right target market group. We have come this far on our business journey by growing our audience online and delivering just what we promise. We offer products like Home Appliances, Kitchenware ,Gadgets, Smart Phones Accessories, Laptop Accessories and so far services like Smart phone and Laptop repairs. We are also in partnership with several other businesses to bring to the public products like Safety Boots, Men's Clothes and Shoes, Furniture and Interior designs. We have managed to create comfort and convenience in our clients by practicing door to door delivery services. It has been a lot of fun and an interesting business journey for us. We keep on learning new things as we have to face different challenges with many different clients in multiple industries.
