The company has an experienced team of IT specialists with experience gathered over the years in the Information Technology (IT) industry. They are fully charged with the responsibilities of developi

2.1 Hardware Solution:
Under this, we repair
• laptops with shattered screens, broken hinges, broken benzyls, failure to start up, failure to boot-up, failure to display, faulty adapters, faulty inverters, panel-beating, etc.;
• desktops with failure to start-up, failure to display, etc.;
• printers; and
• other client-based services agreed upon.
2.2 Software Solution:
• Software Installation: This refers to installing computer programs i.e. operating systems that act as a link between the computer hardware like a keyboard and a computer user (e.g. Windows Operating System, Linux, etc.); application software that aid a computer user to accomplish a task like producing documents, perform calculations, etc. Microsoft Office Suites, Libre Office etc.); and other software like antivirus, etc.; and
2.3 Network Solution:
This refers to connecting computers together so as to share resources like files, internet, printers, etc. We provide different networking solutions as requested by our client. Networking types that we provide include:
• Structured Cabling (Wired Local Area Networks): This is the most common type of computer network. Devices are connected using cables;
• Wireless Local Area Network: This type of computer network uses radio frequency to transmit information between devices. Wireless networks allow many users to connect through a device known as Access Point;
• Virtual Private Networks (VPNs): This type of network enables secure connection of remote computers through an unreliable connection (internet) as if they were on the same local area network. This process is used by a variety of companies to let their users connect to the company network when not at the workplace for remote and secure access to the local company network for mobile employees, sharing of secure files, etc.;
• NComputing Desktop Virtualization: This Technology enables a single PC to simultaneously support two or more users – each running their own independent set of applications.
• Windows Server Design, Installation, Configuration and Support:
Ability to set policies to control user and group access;
Central management to create, delete or change users;
Central management of organization resources;
Backing up important documents on workstations like email is more intuitive; and
Ability to set up roaming profiles which will provide the following added benefits:
Users are not restricted to a particular workstation, they can work anywhere with their own credentials;
Workstations do not need to be reconfigured for new users;
Staff changes are easily accommodated; and
Minimal setup to bring a new workstation online.
2.4 Web Solution:
• Website Development, Designing and Support: This refers to designing webpages that can be used for advertising, e-learning, e-commerce, etc. from the internet and offering support whenever requested.
• Domain Name Registration & Hosting: We register website names (i.e. domains) both international and regional as well as host them.
2.5 Computer Servicing & Maintenance; and ICT-Based Consultancy
Computers, just like any other electronic device, need periodic servicing and maintenance in order to be efficient. Inefficiencies include slowness, taking too long to open a file or perform a simple task, abrupt self-switching off and on, etc.
