Most checkout experiences are built for the desktop era, leaving mobile users behind. We spent the last several months engineering a way out of that 'clunky' status quo. Today, after rigorous testing and official approval, we’re launching ShopCart and iMobile - two tools designed to eliminate the technical bottlenecks that stifle merchant growth.

A short overview of each of the apps. The idea behind Shopcart was to stop abandonment before it starts proactively. And iMobile is built as a native app experience for pure speed and retention to kill the "mobile-web" bottleneck.

Happy HR Day to the only team at DevIT that knows how to translate a "it's fine" into a three-hour existential crisis that requires immediate intervention.

Managing a team that only exists as circular avatars and green "active" dots takes a legendary level of patience. While the rest of us are busy arguing with machines, our HR team is busy debugging the Human Stack - a system with zero documentation, way too many "legacy" emotions, and a habit of working from bed in pajamas.

Go offline and hide your notifications. We promise not to break the Discord workspace (or our mental health) for at least twenty minutes. 😁

What does "Reconciliation" mean when the sirens are still part of your morning stand-up?

We spent today acknowledging a painful truth: "Never Again" was a hope, not a guarantee. We don't need posters or slogans. We have the lived experience of what it means to protect your home.

We want to say a profound thank you to every person protecting Ukraine. Especially to the ones we know by name: our colleagues who left their desks for the front, our parents, our siblings, and our closest friends.

To the heroes of 1945 and the heroes of 2026 - thank you for giving us a future worth building. We are standing our ground because you are standing yours.

Last week, our Partnerships Lead, Max Sun, was at the Beyond Borders event: Canada & LATAM Business Forum by the Toronto Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Founders, distributors, tech teams, retailers - all trying to figure out how to make cross-border business work in practice, not theory.

Conversations were more about friction, not just growth. Paperwork that slows down deals. Regulations that change how fast you can move. Certifications that decide whether you can even enter the market.

Insights of the event: cross-border growth is mainly blocked by ex*****on details that only show up once you’re in it.

Do you know what revenue leaders all agree on - but still struggle to fix? Right, alignment!

Last week, our Partnerships Lead, Max Sun, represented DevIT at Sales Toronto, hosted by TechTO. On stage: a 3x Tech CMO, a repeat 0–1 GTM founder, a revenue operator from Microsoft and Qualtrics, and a CS leader who scaled through an Atlassian acquisition.

The format said a lot. Short, focused talks gave us a lot of insights. They all told stories from different angles, but about one idea: when teams don’t share data, goals, and visibility, revenue leaks. Different backgrounds. Same wall.

We know that it’s not about a communication problem. It’s a system problem. You can’t align teams if the foundation underneath them is disconnected.

We’re celebrating Designer’s Day at DevIT today. Not with balloons, but by finally admitting they were right about that font size six months ago 💪😂

We’re obsessed with "operational resilience." Our designers have one of the most difficult jobs in the room.

They are the professional translators between "What the machine needs" and "What a human actually wants to touch." While the rest of us are focused on logic and load times, they are the ones making sure the user doesn't need a manual just to find the "Submit" button.

Today, we celebrate the DevIT Design Team for:

⚡️ Having the courage to say "No" to the 15th redundant feature that would have ruined the UX.
⚡️ Catching that one misaligned border that nobody else saw, but everyone would have felt.
⚡️ Patiently explaining why we can't just "put everything on the home screen."
⚡️ Being a designer means living in a world of "Can we just make it pop?" and "How hard is it to change this one color?"

Easter always feels like a small reset. A bit more light, slower mornings, and a good reminder to appreciate simple things. In our day-to-day, it’s easy to get caught up in tasks, deadlines, and constant problem-solving, so having a moment to pause actually matters more than we think.

We spend most of our time building, shipping, and figuring things out along the way. But behind all of that, it’s really about people — the team that shows up every day, the clients who trust us, and the shared wins that don’t always make it into reports or dashboards.

Grateful for where we are right now and everyone who’s part of the journey. Happy Easter 🐣💛 Hope you get a proper break, some good food, and a bit of time to recharge.
