We’ve just had our Internship Demo Day!
Three months. Countless lessons. Amazing results.

Our interns from Armenia and Serbia came together to share their internship journeys, achievements, and experiences at Provectus. It was inspiring to see how much they’ve grown, the challenges they’ve overcome, and the impact they’ve made throughout the program.

During their internship, the Armenia team built their own product from scratch — taking it from an idea to a working solution. The Serbia team contributed to our internal products, delivering valuable improvements and adding new developments along the way.

The Armenia team has now successfully completed the program and is graduating, while the Serbia team is preparing for their graduation at the end of July.

Congratulations to all our interns on this incredible milestone! We’re proud of your progress and excited to see what you achieve next.

AI isn't a feature of how we work at Provectus. It's the baseline.
Every engineer in our AppDev practice is expected to use AI as a real working tool — not occasionally, not experimentally. Prototyping speed has changed. The floor for what's possible in a sprint has changed. And the kind of senior engineer who thrives here has changed too.

The ones who adapt fastest aren't always the most experienced. They're the ones who stayed curious — who kept the learning-first mindset and layered production depth on top of it. Juniors who started with AI-native workflows are moving up faster than ever. Seniors who haven't made the shift are finding it harder than they expected.
