One of our employees, Eugene, answered a few questions for you.

— Hello! Why have you chosen this sphere for your job?
— I started my journey in the IT industry with a small product as a developer. Many things that happened in the product seemed illogical to me and sometimes even absurd. But, often, the developer does not have the authority to influence the development of the product. I started to get more involved in the product planning stages and eventually moved into PM work.

— Hiw did you get to RexIT?
— Rexit was recommended to me by a friend who worked in this company. He spoke briefly about the projects and the team, and it interested me. That's how I got into the interview.

— Give one major piece of advice to a newcomer to project management.
— Choose to work as qa or as a developer. The work of the PM is very stressful and responsible. But if you still decide to go into management, you need to read a lot and learn new things by profile. Methodologies and practices are constantly evolving and it is always necessary to adapt to this in time and train the team how to work as efficiently as possible. And have some patience 😊

— Your goal for 2022.
— In the 2022 I plan to master the field of product management more deeply.

We want to tell you about the project that we started working with in 2015 and are we continue to support this project and deploy new solutions to optimize processes.

Liefernetzwerk is a logistics company offering furniture delivery and assembly services to customers in 18 locations in the Federal Republic of Germany.

They contacted us to set up a tool for transferring orders from stores to delivery services. During interaction with the customer, we identified a number of other problems related to employee performance monitoring, imperfect document management, and the lack of a tool for obtaining feedback from customers.

Our team offered a unique and atypical set of solutions, which has allowed the company to minimize errors in the work, advantageously build up from competitors and provide its customers with the best service.

We have developed systems that allow you to track employee workload on the calendar, control the ex*****on of orders, collect reports on the work done, manage employees and analyze their effectiveness.
We created the mobile application for personnel. We converted all documents (questionnaires, invoices, customers' signatures, waybills) into electronic form. We set up a parcel control system via QR code.

Why don't people want to switch to another software program?

After "1C" was banned, people were not given another alternative. Accountants were also not trained to work with other platforms.

There has to be motivation for retraining. The state must provide the tools for education. And not only the government, but also the managers and employees themselves must be willing to understand the new software.

Here is an example.
Representatives of the Ukrainian Maritime Transport Workers Trade Union turned to us in order to order the development of a website, think through a new system of membership accounting and implement a tool to control the issuance of tickets for events. We have created QR codes, which were bound to every person. This allowed tracking who and how many people attended the events.

We are sure that soon everybody will switch to QR codes. It is necessary to help people to automate processes and get rid of the routine, which takes much time. We will develop a program and teach them how to use it.
