A platform might perform well in one market but gather tech debt as the business grows.
This was the case for our client. They needed to support more customers, suppliers, pricing data, and new regions, all while keeping their established B2B accommodation platform stable.
We focused on the areas most likely to slow down growth:
• updating old .NET services to .NET 8
• improving the most-used data components and supplier integrations
• optimizing pricing pipelines that process 400K+ rows every 20 minutes
• making these updates without interrupting active bookings
These improvements give the client more room to grow without risking their current business. The platform can now handle more data, support new suppliers and customers, and expand into markets like the US, all while ongoing updates continue.
Rather than relying on an expensive full rebuild, the client can now invest in the parts of the platform that matter most as their business needs change.
