10 years of collaboration is worth celebrating 🎉

This October marks 10 years of partnership with OnTime Group Calendar.

We celebrated the anniversary with cake in both Denmark and Ukraine, and brought everyone together on Teams to mark the occasion.

A big thank you to everyone at OnTime Group Calendar and Conscensia who has been part of the collaboration over the years.

We are proud of what we have built together and look forward to continuing the partnership.

20 years of Conscensia. Many individual stories along the way.

In 2019, Conscensia established its hub in Warsaw. Sonja has been part of that journey for more than six years, helping develop our presence in Poland as the organisation grew.

She has welcomed new colleagues, taken on new responsibilities and seen the Warsaw organisation develop over time.

In this video, Sonja looks back at her own journey and talks about the trust, relationships and people that have shaped her experience at Conscensia.

Her story is one chapter in a much bigger one - 20 years of building Conscensia together.

For four weeks, our Conscensia colleagues took on the Conscensia Step Challenge 2026. 👟

The goal was simple: keep moving and get moving together.
Every walk, hike and everyday step counted. And together, we reached 22,517,541 steps – that’s 17,158 km walked! 🌍

But this challenge was about more than numbers. It was about getting outside, moving more, sharing moments and seeing how many steps we can take together as a team.

And after 28 days, we have our winners:
🏆 One Step Champion: Yulia Ostafichuk – 953,134 steps
🥇 Winning Hub: Lviv – 46 participants and 14,067,639 steps together

A huge thank you to everyone who joined, walked, hiked, shared photos and helped make these four weeks so active! 💙

Ideas. People. Technology. That’s IT Arena 2026 in Ukraine. ⚡️

Our Conscensia colleagues joined one of Ukraine’s biggest tech gatherings in Lviv to connect, exchange ideas and see what’s shaping the industry right now.

This year, one thing was especially clear: AI is moving from experimentation to ex*****on. Alongside it were conversations about global products, cybersecurity, startups, investment and the growing role of Ukrainian tech on the world stage.

And, as always, some of the most valuable moments happened between the talks during spontaneous conversations, new introductions and unexpected connections.

There’s always something brewing in our Warsaw Hub - sometimes quite literally. 🍺

Meet Final Reboot - our very own Hefeweizen, created by a group of b**r enthusiasts from our team.

For this batch, they used New Zealand Riwaka hops, known for their distinctive notes of citrus, lime and passion fruit, with a subtle hint of grapefruit.

From choosing the ingredients to waiting for the final result, the entire process required curiosity, patience and plenty of brewing know-how. From the first idea to the finished brew, Final Reboot has been a project driven by curiosity and a genuine passion for craft b**r.

We have a feeling it won’t be the last batch brewed by our team. 🍻

20 years of Conscensia - and a day dedicated to AI, cybersecurity and software development. 🎉

On 22 October, we are bringing customers, colleagues and industry experts together in Warsaw for the Conscensia Anniversary Conference.

The programme brings together different perspectives on AI, cybersecurity and software development - from external keynote speakers Artur Kurasiński and Mateusz Chrobok to customers from Saxo, Systematic and Plandent sharing experiences from their own organisations.

We will also close the conference with a fireside chat featuring Michael Holm, founder of Systematic, moderated by our CEO, Line Færch Milthers.

And because our 20th anniversary is something we want to celebrate together, colleagues from Poland and Ukraine will be part of the day, with the conference streamed live to the majority of our Ukrainian colleagues in Lviv.
