With 3,000+ attendees around, our booth turned into a mini tech hub:

- 500+ conversations with the Polish & Ukrainian IT community 🤝
- lots of backend/product chats about what we’re building at Shelf 💬🛠
- familiar faces too: people following us since 2018, reading our Medium blog, and even a few ex-coworkers✨

Also, our LEGO Ferrari got everyone stopping by - we heard “wow” all day. The winner is super lucky😏

Shelf joins the initiative!

October 1st marks Ukrainian Defenders Day. The best way to thank our defenders on this day is through action! We are taking action by making a company donation to support the Armed Forces.

Day4Defenders is a charitable initiative by and that aims to raise funds for the Ukrainian army on Defenders Day. This year, the project’s main goal is to purchase 20+ vehicles that can go to the frontlines.

We’ve already joined with our contribution and invite you to do the same. The challenge of the initiative is to donate your day’s profit or earnings on October 1st, but any amount matters and brings us closer to the goal.

Last week, we celebrated Programmer’s Day with the Shelf AI Hackathon! 🚀

For three days, both teams and solo participants came together to build AI tools that solve real problems and make our daily work smarter. It was a great mix of creative ideas, collaboration, a bit of friendly competition and a team dinner.

Huge shoutout to everyone who took part and made it awesome!
Special congratulations to our winners: teams Gems ( .havrysh ) and GraphGiraffes (, Andrzej and Jan, and our solo star Whocallsme ()🏆
We can’t wait to see which of these ideas will become part of Shelf’s daily work life.
