Pavlo has been working in Project Management for over 10 years. He joined the project management team at VisiQuate in October 2020 and became the PM Team Lead in September 2024.

His main areas of responsibility are planning and oversight. He helps keep things structured, ensures control over tasks, facilitates smooth communication, and maintains a clear view of the big picture.
“In short, my job on projects is to make sure we have a decent plan - and that we stick to it.”👨‍💻

What brings him the most joy at work? “When I get a notification saying ‘VisiQuate Testing Complete.’ And if the next one is ‘Client approved’ - that’s pure bliss.”

In the near future, Pavlo plans to “make project management work easier and smarter through automation. I’d love to come up with more ways to automate PM routines so the work becomes more efficient and smart.”

Pavlo also shared a few great stories from his life - like how he builds cozy pillow forts for his cat so she always has a comfy resting spot. Or that he can wiggle his ears - a talent that never fails to bring a smile. And once, he ran a marathon and decided that doing it once was more than enough 😅

He also told us about a “surprise” he left in his drawer at the Kharkiv office after one of the teambuilding events. Whoever finds it… knows what to do.😎

Хочемо показати вам ще один бік RPA та погляд на нього нашого колеги Андрія, RPA Developer 💻

Уявіть, що ви доручаєте комусь:
“Дивись, відкриваєш пошту, копіюєш це сюди, потім йдеш туди, натискаєш цю кнопку...”

А він:
“Зрозумів, бос! Буду робити це щодня, без помилок і швидше за тебе!”
І все! Він працює, а ти п’єш каву й кайфуєш 😎

Оцей «помічник» - і є RPA-робот.
Він не схожий на роботів з фільмів - це просто програма, яка вміє:
• натискати кнопки
• копіювати й вставляти дані
• заповнювати форми
• читати листи
• працювати з документами
…і багато всього іншого!

Головне: він усе робить за чіткими інструкціями, як робила би людина, але це все автоматично.
RPA - це як «невидимий працівник», який виконує рутинну, однотипну роботу.
Він не думає, не приймає рішень - просто швидко й точно виконує те, що йому сказали.

Такий бот не лише зекономить час, а й зменшить кількість помилок, підвищить ефективність і дасть змогу команді зосередитися на справді важливих завданнях.

Курс був не для початківців, а для тих, хто вже має досвід у системному адмініструванні, але прагнув оновити знання або познайомитись із новими технологіями. Щоб зміцнити впевненість. Щоб розширити можливості. Щоб освіжити знання і додати віри в себе.

Sergiy started working as a student, installing uPVC structures during his vacations. After graduation, he worked as a logistics analyst at the Book Club.

He joined VisiQuate as a Business Data Analyst three years ago.

“My main task is to find solutions to client challenges. These can be, for example, reports for performance monitoring or analysis of changes in insurance data. The most difficult part is to understand what is not working as the client expects. But this is what is valuable, because it helps us to better understand both our products and business needs.”

Sergiy is energized by challenging tasks - and, of course, by the satisfaction of their successful completion!

As for his plans, Sergiy says: “Professional development is not for the sake of the process, but to improve my life, the lives of my loved ones, and the work of the people for whom I work at VisiQuate. My immediate goal is to get the most out of my upcoming trip to a client: not just to meet them, but to see their business from the inside. My notebook and pencil are already packed!”

In his free time, Sergiy also collects coins, an interesting hobby that brings him joy. Sergiy also loves the outdoors: mountains, kayaking, camping - the less civilization, the more interesting it is. One of his dreams is to climb Kilimanjaro.
