After 10 years of leading the company, founder is stepping down from the CEO role. This decision reflects not a step back, but a strategic move forward — to support Empat’s next phase of scale and operational maturity.

Over the years, the company has navigated major global challenges — from the COVID-19 crisis to the full-scale war in Ukraine — rebuilding the business while prioritizing people, quality, and long-term sustainability. Despite these shocks, Empat has achieved five consecutive years of growth across team size, revenue, and profitability.
As part of this transition, is appointed CEO of Empat.
Igor has been with the company for 4 years, working closely with Nazar as a key operational leader. He brings a strong track record in building scalable operating systems, strengthening delivery discipline, and ensuring predictable, high-quality ex*****on across complex projects. Under his leadership, Empat will continue to scale while reducing operational risks and strengthening internal processes.
Nazar Gulyk will remain actively involved as Founder and Partner, focusing on long-term strategy, strategic partnerships, and new growth initiatives.
Empat will continue developing AI-powered products across health tech, fintech, aviation, automotive, and other industries — partnering with startups, public companies, and global brands across the US, UK, EU, and beyond.
