Judge.me is the #1 reviews app for Shopify—the tool merchants use to turn ratings, photos and videos into social proof that sells. As their long-term design partner, we grew a full rebrand into one living visual system that holds up everywhere the brand appears.
The result is a bright, summery world with a signature texture—soft striped grain, like patterns raked into warm sand. Playful collages bring energy and depth, while the UI stays clean and confident. It flexes across product, social and seasonal campaigns without ever losing itself—because a strong brand isn't one perfect layout, it's a system that stays itself everywhere🌞

We'd like to talk a little more about how much small details matter to the big picture of UX.

Say you have strong product branding: a design system, signature colors, illustration and graphics that undoubtedly shape the design of the digital product itself. But there's one more essential part of UX—emotion. A user should walk away with the right feeling from their experience with the product.

Depending on the product, that emotion can be quiet and almost unnoticeable (when the focus needs to stay on the task—especially for b2b), or it can lean playful. But in our view, the real emotional connection forms later—once a person has closed the product and gone back to their day, to living their life. And that's exactly where we can quietly hand them a small, pleasant piece of emotion.

In today's shot, that's an animated sticker for a messenger. It first existed as a regular printed sticker—the kind you can put on your laptop or, say, on your surfboard, if you're lucky enough to live near the ocean ☺️

Small details matter. They're what a big system is built from.

Continuing the icon topic, we'd like to share a small piece from one of our projects. Here's the design and animation of icon-illustrations that work in two roles at once: as static icons for desktop dashboards, and as animated accent elements on the explainer screens of a mobile app.
You could say the app's UX has three layers of anchor graphic units:
• Minimal 16×16 px icons—for tab bar navigation and settings screens;
• Icon-illustrations, 40×40 px and up (exactly like the ones in the shot)—with added detail and decorative elements. We use them for explainers and dashboards;
• Full illustrations—as background elements for cards and stickers, and to support text descriptions, secondary screens and in-app articles.
Naturally, all of this graphic work follows a bigger idea: it stays true to the brand's identity and design system, "quoting" the overall layout and visual logic of the entire UI product.

What a year 🏆

The Alabama Solution just picked up a The Webby Awards in Television, Film & Streaming 2026—a fitting way to cap a year where the work kept getting recognized across pretty much every award we care about.

This one sits a little differently, though, because of what it carries: an HBO Max investigation into deaths inside Alabama's prison system, turning more than 1,300 records—too often filed as "accident" or "undetermined"—into something searchable, human, and impossible to ignore.

The History of Jailhouse Lawyers just received a Red Dot in the Best of the Best category—the award's highest distinction in website design.

Built with the Jailhouse Lawyers Initiative at NYU School of Law, it tells a rarely-told story: how incarcerated people taught themselves the law to defend themselves and others, reshaping prisoners' rights from the inside. To carry such heavy history without overwhelming the reader, we built a modular, vintage-poster visual system—clippings, collage and texture—unfolding through a scroll-driven timeline.

Full-scroll landing for an organic farm—one uninterrupted journey from field to table. Warm earthy palette, editorial typography, and smooth scroll-triggered motion that lets the produce and the story breathe. Every section flows into the next, the way good design should🌱

Icons.

We see icons as their own refined form of art—a small detail that can either elevate a product's UX or quietly ruin it.

We love working on them, and we almost always draw them from scratch instead of pulling ready-made templates. First, because it's simply a pleasure. Second, because it's a chance to go deep into the design system and make the interface truly consistent with the product's branding—to the point where even the corner radius of an icon isn't accidental, but follows the overall design logic: "quoting" the radii, the character of the line (weight, angles) and the composition of the logo—and sometimes even of printed stickers, if there are any.

Animation here is an extra tool for expressiveness. It works precisely: it adds emphasis exactly where it's needed and conveys the trigger—hover, click, transitions between states, and so on.

At first glance an icon seems simple. But it's exactly the constraint of size that creates the real challenge: to convey the needed context with just a few lines—and to make it beautiful in composition at the same time.

Nova Post is Ukraine’s largest logistics company. In 2022, amid the full-scale war, the company began expanding into European markets and turned to us to shape the vision for a new international mobile app.

Over 2022–2023, the Tubik team redesigned the app around the realities of cross-border shipping and rebuilt the design system for its entire ecosystem of services.

The foundation we laid then still guides the product’s visual direction today.
