Hii... Friends Today I am going to tell you a awesome trick through which you can speed up shut down time period in Windows 7 and 8. You get annoyed when ever you shutdown your PC and it takes a great amount of time. So don't worry here is the solution....

Step 1 - Open Command Prompt and type Regedit .
Step 2 - A new window will open named as Registry Editor. In the left hand side navigate through
HKEYLOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control
Step 3 -In the right hand side click on Wait To Kill Service Timeout String and change the value to 2000.
Step 4 - Click on OK. That's it the work has been done. Close Registry editor then restart your PC to take the changes take place.
