Sales Representative duties and responsibilities
1. Learn details about our solutions (services) and products
2. Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
3. Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants of customers
4. Explain how our solutions align with their pain points
5. Consult with technical department team to ensure the efficiency
6. Up-sell when appropriate
7. Track and monitor your work such as check on customer satisfaction and follow
up on your leads
8. Prepare and present reports when needed
9. Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
Minimum requirements and qualifications
1. 2 years of experience working as a Sales Personnel or similar role. Experience
working in ICT companies will be an added advantage.
2. Proven record of successful deals closed
3. Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing
4. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s
success
5. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
6. Team player
7. Good time-management skills
8. Great interpersonal and communication skills
9. Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Computer
Science/Engineering or relevant field
