Are you a tech-savvy problem solver based in Tanzania? We are looking for a dedicated IT Software Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and help implement our cutting-edge Vision Software solutions for our growing client base.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

🔸Install, configure, and troubleshoot software across Windows OS environments (7, 10, 11).

🔸Manage firewall and antivirus settings to ensure client security.

🔸Handle basic networking configurations, including IP management and LAN/WLAN troubleshooting.

🔸Execute Microsoft SQL database installations and provide ongoing technical support.

🔸Implement and train customers on our robust Vision Software modules.

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

🔸Proven IT support experience paired with a relevant Diploma or Degree.
