金阿波羅公司與BAC CONSULTING KFT. 公司 ( SZONYI UT 33/A., 1142 BUDAPEST, HU，以下簡稱BAC)，建立長期的貼牌授權及區域代理合作關係，根據合作協議，我司授權BAC公司在特定區域內使用我司品牌商標進行產品銷售，但產品的設計與製造均由BAC公司負責。

針對此次媒體報導中的呼叫器機種AR-924，我司澄清此機種屬於BAC公司生產並銷售的產品，我司僅提供品牌商標授權，與該產品的設計與生產無關。我司始終遵循相關法規，並與合作夥伴保持透明合規的合作關係。

Gold Apollo Co., Ltd. has established a long-term partnership with BAC CONSULTING KFT. (SZONYI UT 33/A., 1142 BUDAPEST, HU, hereinafter referred to as "BAC"). According to the cooperation agreement, we authorize BAC to use our brand trademark for product sales in designated regions, but the design and manufacturing of the products are solely the responsibility of BAC.

Regarding the AR-924 pager model mentioned in the recent media reports, we clarify that this model is produced and sold by BAC. Our company only provides the brand trademark authorization and is not involved in the design or manufacturing of this product. Gold Apollo Co., Ltd. always complies with relevant regulations and maintains transparent and compliant partnerships with our collaborators.
