一、翔律聯合伺服器將正式改組為翔律創意工作室，原翔律聯合伺服器將持續由翔律創意工作室經營，並持續作為希望領域群網成員。
二、翔律聯合伺服器將採行扁平化管理，廢除不必要之官僚管治機構，並基於前述原則，中止翔律聯合伺服器聯盟憲章之一切效力，並將以生活規章或其他名義之形式取代。
承蒙各界支持與鼓勵，翔律創意工作室將持續推動創新與發展。
翔律聯合伺服器成立於2019年末，是由一群青少年為達成夢想而創立，近日，伺服器的發展逐漸穩定，也發展出屬於翔律的處事態度，也期盼能在未來，展現出屬於翔律的光芒。
