近日 BiiLabs 接到用戶反映 Facebook 有粉絲專頁假冒 BiiLabs 的名義進行詐騙，詐騙內容為舉辦活動要求用戶傳送加密貨幣至特定錢包地址，聲稱會回傳更高額的加密貨幣。

BiiLabs 再次提醒大家小心求證，BiiLabs 目前沒有舉辦任何加密貨幣相關活動，BiiLabs 粉專有完整聯絡資訊，包含公司電話、地址以及服務內容。

【Robinhood 遞 IPO 招股書！狗狗幣 Q1 貢獻 34% 加密貨幣營收】

Robinhood 是一家美國熱門的線上券商，以提供面向散戶的股票 APP 及網站聞名。由於羅賓漢在網上提供的服務完全免費，截至 2020 年，Robinhood 已有約1300萬用戶。

美國證券交易委員會（SEC）於 7/1 公布了Robinhood 提交的 S-1 文件，為其 IPO 做準備。

文件內文顯示 Robinhood 將以股票代號「HOOD」上市，設定首次公開發行的融資目標是 1 億美元，其中約 20% 至 35% 的 A 類股票將提供給該平台的散戶投資者，惟文件尚未透露其 IPO 日期。

該文件也披露加密貨幣交易在 Robinhood 佔據重要地位，在 Robinhood 急速成長的加密貨幣交易收入中，在今年第一季內有超過 34% 來自狗狗幣，以營收 5.2 億美元估計，規模大約 3,005 萬美元。

Robinhood plans to list its shares on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the symbol HOOD, according to its filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. As is typical for the initial IPO filing, Robinhood didn't yet indicate a target valuation or date for its public debut. The company hopes to raise $100 million by going public.

Cryptocurrency trading occupies an important position in Robinhood. Among Robinhood's rapidly growing cryptocurrency trading revenue, more than 34% came from Dogecoin in the first quarter of this year.
