In traditional Chinese families, Mid-Autumn Festival is a day of reunion.
Relatives and friends often make appointments for dinner, moon watching, drinking, and chatting during the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Although this year may be without a BBQ Party, we can have a new experience for the Mid-Autumn Festival.
A bite of salami, a bite of red wine, and moon cakes. Enjoy the unique taste with your family.

在傳統的華人家庭裡，中秋是一個團聚的日子。

On July 4, 1776, the United States Congress issued a Declaration of Independence.
In the declaration, there is a moving sentence that says:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”

As of 2021, " all men are created equal" and life, freedom, and the pursuit of happiness are still the values we strive to defend.

Let us raise the Shark Red Wine Glass on July 4, 2021, to those who have defended these values with their lives.


1776年7月4日，美國國會發表獨立宣言。

宣言中，有一段令人動容的話是這麼說的：

「人人生而平等，造物主賦予他們若干不可剝奪的權利，其中包括生命權、自由權和追求幸福的權利。為了保障這些權利，人們才在他們之間建立政府，而政府之正當權力，則來自被統治者的同意。」
