Many people mistakenly believe that Sherry is "just" a sweet wine, but in reality, it comes in over a dozen styles, ranging from dry to very sweet, and from nearly white to a rich, deep amber brown. It's a a complex wine that for some drinkers is a "love and hate" experience — but once you fall in love with it, you become utterly captivated forever.
