品牌概念|
在台灣南部的一個角落
有一片曾經繁榮的潟湖 — 倒風內海
這個地方,在十七世紀的時候是漁獲豐富的海域
也是重要的商貿和交通樞紐
其中鹽水港和麻豆港更是當時繁榮的象徵
倒風內海不僅是台灣早期貿易的起始點
更是文化交流的重要場所
現今,我們將這片潟湖的歷史和文化,融入我們的品牌
以 " 我們的島嶼,大海豐饒的贈予 " 為概念
進而呈現在餐桌上成為 " 島豐 "
在島豐,我們相信自由是最珍貴的禮物
期許每個在我們餐桌上的你們
都能對這片土地的文化感到自豪
In a quiet corner of southern Taiwan once lay a thriving lagoon
— Tò-hong-lāi-hái.
Back in the 17th century,
this area was a bountiful fishing ground
and a vital hub for trade and transportation.
Ports like Yanshui and Madou stood as symbols of prosperity,
anchoring the region’s economic and cultural significance.
Tò-hong-lāi-hái was not only a starting point
for Taiwan’s early commerce but also a key site for cultural exchange.
Today,
we carry the legacy of this lagoon’s history and culture into our brand,
guided by the concept: “Our island, a generous gift from the sea.”
This spirit is brought to life at the table — as Tò-hong.
At Tò-hong,
we believe that freedom is the most precious gift.
We hope that everyone who gathers
at our table feels a deep pride in the rich culture of this land.

以流動性的線條
詮釋海風輕拂島與優雅姿態
同時包含海洋、自由與風的概念
島嶼下的形體則以
餐盤側視為概念設計承載島嶼的容器 ( 餐廳 )
同時也可視為島嶼的倒影 ( 文化歷史 )
亦是一艘航行的船 ( 探索 )
This logo design uses flowing lines to interpret the gentle sea breeze brushing over the island and its graceful form.
These fluid lines embody the concepts of the ocean, freedom, and wind.
The shape beneath the island is inspired by the side view of a dining plate,
representing a vessel that carries the island—just as a restaurant serves as a vessel for culinary experiences.
It can also be seen as the island’s reflection, symbolizing Taiwan’s historical and cultural roots,
or as a sailing ship, suggesting a journey toward future possibilities.
