【採訪側寫📸】君品實業:用 Salesforce 打底再生醫學營運流程
#再生醫學 近年在台灣醫療臨床應用加速普及,生長因子與幹細胞相關產品需求持續上升。對於像君品實業這樣的再生醫學產品代理來說,意味著得同時面對更多醫療端需求:庫存與運銷管理、產品流向追蹤、業務快速掌握產品資料,以及愈來愈多的合作對象與科別。
成立於 2016 年的君品,一路陪著臨床推動創新療法,也逐漸感受到成長被「流程」拉住腳步——相較於傳統「出貨就收款」的模式,這類產品多採「先使用、後收費」,實際使用與請款對帳發生在不同時間點;再加上關鍵資訊分散在業務個人 LINE、Google Sheets、ERP,要同時看清使用量、庫存與現金流並不容易,也讓營運在思考擴大規模時,容易落入「業務變多、後勤也得跟著加人」的瓶頸。
在這次的導入專案中,DTC 團隊協助君品把過去分散的資料收回以 Salesforce 為核心的中台:業務拜訪時可直接在 Salesforce 手機 App 上更新拜訪與庫存資訊,內勤與管理者也能自行拉報表,快速掌握產品消耗、庫存水位與營運數字——原本需要花兩天溝通、整理的資料,如今大約二十分鐘就能完成,讓同仁可以把時間花在更有價值的工作上,而不是反覆對資料、追進度。

🧬Rebuilding Regenerative Medicine Operations on Salesforce
Regenerative medicine is growing fast in Taiwan, and J Premium Medical (君品實業) is right in the middle of this shift. As demand grew, more clinics, more product lines and more internal coordination made it harder for the team to scale smoothly.
Information about visits, product use and orders was scattered across sales reps’ LINE chats, Google Sheets and an ERP system. Many products are used first and only invoiced later, so usage, inventory and revenue don’t show up at the same time. That made it hard to see the full picture, and every new sales rep often meant additional work for the back office.
With DTC’s support, J Premium Medical is moving its day-to-day work onto and turning scattered information into a single view of the business. Instead of piecing numbers together from different tools, the team can now see what they need in one place and close out reporting much faster, freeing up more time to support clinicians and plan the next stage of growth.
