Through interviews with LITEON managers, we identified real management challenges and transformed common workplace scenarios into case studies tailored specifically to LITEON.
💬 Learn through Case Discussions
Through group discussions and experience sharing, managers are encouraged to examine management challenges from different perspectives and explore effective ways to respond.
🎯 Turn Practice into Action
By practicing realistic management scenarios, managers move beyond simply “knowing” management concepts and learn how to turn them into practical, actionable solutions.
Through this two-day immersive and practice-based learning experience, we hope to help new managers navigate the challenges of role transition more smoothly and build greater confidence in tackling the management challenges ahead. 🌱
