LITEON Ranked Among Top 5% in Corporate Governance for Five Consecutive Years, Demonstrating Leadership in Sustainable Governance
🎉 LITEON Technology has once again been ranked among the Top 5% of listed companies in the 12th Corporate Governance Evaluation, reaffirming its excellence and leadership in corporate governance.
The Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE), in collaboration with the OTC Center, held the “12th Corporate Governance Evaluation Awards Ceremony” on May 26, where Jean Hong, Vice President, Corporate Governance Officer of LITEON, accepted the award on behalf of the Company.
This year’s evaluation covered a total of 1,810 listed and OTC companies, with results categorized into performance tiers. Being ranked in the Top 5% signifies that LITEON demonstrates leading performance in governance quality, information transparency, and sustainable development, and serves as an important benchmark for investors and governance indices.
