🌏Global Family Tea Gathering｜讓世界更靠近
在啓碁，安心職場及多元文化不只是共存，更是彼此理解與連結。
我們近期舉辦了 Global Family Tea Gathering，邀請來自不同國家的同仁齊聚一堂，在輕鬆的氛圍中交流彼此的文化與故事。
透過破冰遊戲，認識各國特色、分享來到台灣後的文化觀察與趣事，也邀請資深外籍同仁分享在台工作的經驗與心路歷程。從一開始的靦腆，到後來的笑聲不斷，大家逐漸打開話匣子，也拉近彼此的距離。
Global Family Tea Gathering 不只是一次活動，更是一個讓每位同仁「被看見、被理解」的起點。
未來，啓碁也將創造更多機會，讓每一位夥伴在這裡，都能找到歸屬、自在成長。
🌏 Global Family Tea Gathering｜Bringing the World Closer
At WNC, a safe and inclusive workplace, along with diverse culture, is not just about coexistence—it is about mutual understanding and building meaningful connections.
Recently, we hosted the Global Family Tea Gathering, bringing together colleagues from different countries to share culture and stories in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Through ice-breaking activities, participants explored cultural differences, shared their experiences and observations of life in Taiwan, and engaged in meaningful conversations. We also invited experienced foreign colleagues to share their work experiences and personal journeys in Taiwan. From initial shyness to laughter-filled interactions, the gathering helped everyone open up and connect more closely.
Global Family Tea Gathering is more than just an event—it is a starting point where every colleague feels seen and understood.
Moving forward, WNC will continue to create more opportunities like this, so that every team member can find a sense of belonging and grow with confidence.
