School Tour 2026🥰
ALIAS had the pleasure of attending Arima Girls RC Career Day for the 2nd year in a row!
Thanks so much to the Guidance Counsellor for inviting us!
What was especially exciting is some of the girls remembered us from last year and came dressed in Cosplay!! They were the most perfect Choso and Obanai 🥹 (due to age we wanted to be respectful re the photos) but they def scored 10/10!
The future of cosplay in T&T is bright!!

We hope to see future cosplayers, animators, artists etc going forward!

Hi Guys!
Many of you have been asking us for an official update on ALIAS this year after we made it known we are taking a small break!
So we felt it important that we take the time to fully explain why and to update you on what we have in store this year!
We are once again going where no con has gone before, and sending a team to represent Trinidad and Tobago at the World Cosplay Summit in Japan!!
More info on that and how you can support that initiative is coming soon!
But stay tuned for the epic!
ALIAS has always been more than an Expo or money making initiative, we have at our core always been about the community and we intend to keep doing just that this year and beyond!

We hope to have your support and look forward to the rest of 2026!

Offering big cash prizes for male, female and group cosplays!
There will also be video games hosted by and live djs blasting your fave Halloween, anime and kpop hits!

🇹🇹 Happy Independence Day! 🎉

While we did not get our annual Independence Day parade this year, we can still look back and celebrate the memories of the ALIAS Cosplay Parade!

In collaboration with our GOLD sponsors Caribbean Cinemas and our event partners at South Park, scores of cosplayers lit up the southlands with a day filled with cosplay, anime movies, trivia, and so much more. To our surprise, quite a few even showed up in full red, white, and black spirit! ❤️🤍🖤

🏆 Caribbean Cosplay Championship 2025 (CCC) – Official Results 🏆

Three weeks ago we witnessed the biggest showcase of regional cosplay talent ever brought together, and now we are proud to formally announce our winners!

✨ Best in Show: Designs by Abbi (Trinidad & Tobago) as Pennywise
Champion of the Trinbago Cosplay Championship and our representative in the CCC, who went on to take the Caribbean title!

Hey guys! We want to take a moment to gently remind our community of our Content Creation Policy, which is also posted on our website.

Over the years, we continue to see cases where content filmed and photographed at our events is repurposed without proper credit, and sometimes even used to promote other unrelated events. This lack of credit and blurring of the lines has created a lot of confusion and issues. This year alone we noticed a marked increase in people arriving at our doors with tickets for other events, sincerely believing them to be valid for Alias. Whether purposefully done or by genuine error, this is not fair to us or to the uninitiated attending events for the first time.

So we kindly ask all creators to respect the work that goes into building Alias and to always assign clear credit when sharing. We put a lot of effort into creating a unique experience. Proper attribution helps protect our brand, our patrons, and the community at large, ensuring that the support and recognition goes to those who have genuinely built and delivered on these experiences. Our legacy is our own and we will be taking a stand to protect it.

To our community, thank you for your continued support and for helping us preserve the integrity of what we have created together.

Dark elegance met high fantasy at this year’s Cosplay Met Gala: Gothica 🖤
From lace and leather to dramatic silhouettes and ornate detailing, the red carpet became a runway of shadows and style.

This was definitely our best Met Gala yet!!!!

We did it, Trinidad and Tobago!
Nine days. One dream. Countless memories. Alias Entertainment Expo just made history as the first convention in the Caribbean, and possibly the world, to take on nine straight days of non-stop events and experiences. Together, we pulled it off in spectacular style.

From day one, the energy was unmatched. Tickets COMPLETELY sold out. Event Bands even ran out at the door for the first time since 2014!! The hype never let up.
