Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. We're seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring positive customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be one of the frontline ambassadors of our company.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person, with professionalism, courtesy and efficiency.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, aiming for quick resolution.
* Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and contribute to ongoing improvements in service quality
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Competence in Microsoft word and excel
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
* Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
