Job Offer: Business Manager
The Business Manager is responsible for the sales of Your Doctors on Demand, this includes our service offerings such as individual virtual medical care as well as corporate medical services in Trinidad and Tobago.
Key services include:
• Medical care (telemedicine)
• Corporate medical care (telemedicine)
• Coordination of care to US or Canada
The position requires a high level of understanding of the interrelationships of multiple customers. A high level of negotiating and solution selling skills is required. This role will be considered managerial and the selected incumbent must be comfortable with travelling within the region to meet customers for business and very comfortable with speaking to customers over the phone.
Responsibilities
• Achieve sales quotas as set by the company
• Key target markets are:
• Individuals with families
• Acute Care Facilities
• Develop a business plan for the territory, detailing key targets, etc.
• Using the Business Plan developed for the territory, formulate an effective customer call strategy to maximize opportunities in the territory, formulate an effective customer call strategy to maximize opportunities in the territory.
• Utilizes pipeline management to ensure sales plan is met and all opportunities are recorded reports.
• In conjunction with Sales Director and VP of Sales and Marketing, constantly review all sales activities, targets, and strategies in order to maximize results
• Ensure customer needs are effectively met and build productive customer relationships
• Be accountable for customer satisfaction for accounts won and accounts being worked on
• Participate in the sales planning, sales strategies, territorial coverage, and budgeting processes
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis of the territory for the Director of Sales and Senior Executive Team.
• Develop tactics and strategies to develop long-term commitment with key current and potential customers
• Attend all sales and product related meetings
• Performs other duties as may be required by supervisor
• Manage the day to day needs of the nursing staff
Qualifications
• BS, BA Four Year Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience sales, account management and customer service experience required; selling/working with customers within a medical facility considered a strong asset
• Must be able to professionally present the features, advantages, and clinical benefits of all our services.
• Solutions selling experience
• Computer literacy skills, especially in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Comfortable with travelling and working remotely/independently
