Went to check a lock today for a new customer, she said someone installed the lock for her about 3 months ago and has not answered her calls since.

On checking this is what we found the one above is the latch that was in the lock he installed and the on to the bottom is what a new one should look like. no wonder the lock was not engaging properly.

All fixed and one more customer to our list.
