2025 AGM insights are in 📊

Last year’s AGM data reveals some interesting patterns in how members choose to participate.

Across the meetings we supported, hybrid formats continued to play an important role in driving participation, with a strong preference for virtual attendance overall. At the same time, the numbers highlight clear demographic differences — younger members tend to favour the convenience of joining online, while older members still show a stronger preference for attending in person.

These insights help organisations better understand their membership and design AGM experiences that maximise participation and accessibility.
