WARRANTY -
Items carry either a

7 days, 14 days or 1 month warranty, depending on the item, from manufacturer's defects only. RETURNS or EXCHANGES -
Item/s must be in the same condition when received and not be used. Returns will be done only if there is a manufacturer's defect. IF an item is used and not in the original packaging, it would not be eligible for a return or exchange. Customer required to provide a pic of product and the receipt. REFUNDS -
Items must be in the original packaging received and must be within 3 days of purchasing. This also applies to items with manufacturers defect, which must be in the original packaging. An item that has a manufacturer defect will have to be collected and checked by us. After this process (1-3 business days), a return or refund will be issued. Refunds and exchanges without original packaging or missing parts will carry a 20% deduction fee.
