We’re looking for a proactive Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our projects deliver maximum value.

It's strongly recommended for the candidate to have Scrum Master skills as well.
Our HQ is in Mersin, Turkey, with most of the crew spread between Syria, Turkey, and Egypt.

📌 Job Responsibilities

- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into clear specifications (BRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories).
- Process Mapping & Optimization: Analyze and model business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Communication & Alignment: Act as a bridge between clients, developers, testers, and project managers — ensuring clarity and alignment on scope and deliverables.
- Documentation: Maintain high-quality documentation, including functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
- Change Management: Assess change requests, evaluate their impact, and ensure they are handled systematically.
- Quality Assurance Support: Collaborate with QA to define test cases, validate requirements, and support UAT.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance delivery efficiency.

🌀 Scrum Mastering
- Scrum Events Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor the sprint board, update PM, and ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Collaboration Enablement: Act as the glue between business, development, and QA to ensure smooth communication.

🎯 Candidate Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- 2+ years as a Business Analyst, with proven ability to write BRD, SRS, User Stories, and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
