We’ve built a two-way bridge for growth, connecting university lecture halls to the heart of our office:
On Campus: Our Senior Manager, Tayfun Yalçınkaya, met with aspiring engineers at Özyeğin University to share deep insights into the big data ecosystem. Together, we explored how theory translates into real-world impact and the transformative power of data.
At Our Office: We were delighted to host students from Istanbul University at our headquarters, giving them a firsthand look at the kitchen of our projects, our unique work culture, and the fast-paced dynamics of data engineering.
The boundless curiosity of young minds is the greatest fuel for our innovation journey. By breaking down the walls of the classroom and bringing experience into the field, we are building the future of technology together

Teknolojide liderlik, sadece güçlü sistemler kurmak değil; o sistemlere ruh katacak nesillere kapıları açmaktır. GTech’te, kampüs enerjisi ile profesyonel deneyimin birleştiği eşsiz bir sinerjiye tanıklık ettik.
Üniversite sıralarından ofisimizin kalbine uzanan çift yönlü bir gelişim köprüsü kurduk:
Kampüsteydik: Kıdemli Müdürümüz Tayfun Yalçınkaya, Özyeğin Üniversitesi’nde mühendis adayı arkadaşlarımızla bir araya gelerek büyük veri ekosistemindeki derin tecrübelerini paylaştı. Teorinin sahadaki karşılığını ve verinin dünyayı değiştirme gücünü birlikte konuştuk.
Ev Sahibiydik: İstanbul Üniversitesi’nden gelen genç meslektaşlarımızı ofisimizde ağırlayarak projelerimizin mutfağını, çalışma kültürümüzü ve veri mühendisliğinin dinamiklerini yerinde deneyimlemelerini sağladık.
Gençlerin bitmeyen öğrenme arzusu, bizim inovasyon yolculuğumuzun en büyük motivasyonu. Sınıfın duvarlarını aşıp deneyimi sahaya taşıyarak, geleceğin teknoloji dünyasını bugünden birlikte inşa ediyoruz.
