We are almost finished with YachtBooks, and only now we fully realize the scale of what we’ve built.

What started as a step into a completely new industry turned into a system with millions of lines of code behind it. Not because we wanted complexity, but because the yacht business demands it. Real operations, real money, real responsibility simply cannot live in simple tools.

As we went deeper, the product grew into a full-scale ERP ecosystem and then even further. The financial core evolved into a real online banking system with proper licenses, strict compliance and infrastructure built to the same standards as banks use. Data that controls fleets, budgets and decisions cannot live anywhere. It lives on bank-grade servers located on physically secured facilities with armed protection.

None of this was planned on day one.

We learned the industry from the inside. We listened. We asked. We rebuilt. Many times. Each conversation with owners, captains and managers added another layer to the system. Each real scenario demanded another piece of logic, another level of protection, another thousand lines of code.

This is how YachtBooks became what it is today.
Not a light product.
Not a template.
But a serious technological organism built for a serious industry.

Четыре года назад мы создали для клиента систему проектирования.

Через некоторое время ему показалось, что без нас справится — переманил одного из наших разработчиков.
Потом решил, что теперь-то уж точно справится сам — ведь пришла эра ИИ. Не справился.

Затем были фрилансеры. Много. Результат — ноль.

И вот он снова у нас.

Yesterday, we visited our first local teknoloji meetup here in Bodrum.
We went with the usual expectation — to meet others who live and breathe tech like we do.
But walking out, we realized something different:

We’re not here to find, we’re here to share.
