"I didn't come here to slow down. I came here because it was the first place that let me speed up."
That's how Aymen describes his decision to change careers at a stage in life when most people are told to stay the course.
Today, Aymen wears two hats at Linsoft, instructor and consultant. But what stands out isn't the dual title. It's why he made the move in the first place.
He didn't leave his previous path because he had to. He left because he wanted an environment that would let him keep growing, not stay stationary in a role he'd already outgrown.
What he found at Linsoft was a structure most companies talk about but few actually build: a real path from learning to doing. Upskill. Test what you've learned in a safe environment. Then apply it to real client scenarios, with real stakes, but without having to learn the hard way, on the fly.
It's a simple idea, but it's rare in practice. And it's why Aymen's story isn't just about switching careers. It's about what happens when a company gives someone room to reinvent themselves, at any stage.
Growth shouldn't have an age limit. At Linsoft, it doesn't.
