WezzBOX is currently a conversational A.I. for a leading (Project & Portfolio Management) product. Although still in development, the solution is already being trialed at our customers in the and . With an and roadmap, WezzBOX plans to take this solution to a number of global customers, providing implementation and solution support services as well as developing a continuous stream of product improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.
What you’ll do
You will own our Chatbot initiative and will report directly to WezzBOX’s Sales Director.
• Be responsible for the end-to-end solution delivery including requirements, design, Implementation and

• Must have 1 to 3+ years of demonstrable experience in management, development and implementation of Chatbot solutions.

• Must have technical understanding and experience on using relevant technologies
• Understanding of client’s to be able to create data models for training AI BOTs and creating training data sets to train AI BOTs
• Experience of enhancing and maintaining the quality of AI model and BOT training over time, with continuous learning of AI BOTs from user feedback, agent feedback and live user conversations.
