🎯 Lean Manufacturing Company vient de clôturer sa participation à la 5e édition du LAB INNOVA FOR TUNISIA STARTUP 2025, un programme stratégique pour l’innovation tuniso-italienne.

Cette semaine de formation intense, orientée scale-up, marketing international et gestion de l’innovation, a été une vraie opportunité de renforcer notre projet LeanTex, notre solution MES dédiée à la digitalisation des ateliers textiles.

Un grand merci à l’ICE Agence Tunis, aux institutions partenaires, ainsi qu’aux formateurs et experts pour leur accompagnement.

Nous ressortons renforcés, avec une vision plus claire pour faire de LeanTex un acteur clé de l’industrie 4.0 textile en Tunisie et au-delà. 🌍

3/ Kanban

Kanban is a scheduling system for lean manufacturing

used to manage and optimize the flow of work.

It consists of columns, cards and swimlanes.

4/ Poka Yoke

Poka-Yoke is a Japanese term that means "mistake-proofing".

It refers to any mechanism helping an operator avoid mistakes by preventing, correcting, or drawing attention to human errors as they occur.

5/ 5S

5S refers to 5 Japanese terms which are used to describe
the main steps of visual management toward OpEx:

(1S) Seiri → Sort
(2S) Seiton → Set In Order
(3S) Seiso → Shine
(4S) Seiketsu → Standardize
(5S) Sh*tsuke → Sustain

When successfully implemented, 5S can turn any dirty place
into a clean, standardized workplace.
