💧⚙️เดลต้ายกระดับศักยภาพการป้องกันน้ำท่วมในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมขนาดใหญ่ ด้วยโซลูชันจัดการน้ำอัจฉริยะ
ประจำสัปดาห์นี้ การเปลี่ยนแปลงของสภาพภูมิอากาศส่งผลให้สภาพอากาศแปรปรวนและคาดการณ์ได้ยากขึ้นในช่วงฤดูฝนของไทย ปริมาณฝนที่ตกหนักและระดับน้ำที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้น สร้างความท้าทายอย่างมากต่อระบบระบายน้ำภายในนิคอุตสาหกรรมบางปู ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ลุ่มต่ำเสี่ยงต่อน้ำท่วมขัง หากเกิดน้ำท่วมขึ้น อาจส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานของโรงงาน ทั้งการเดินทางของพนักงาน การขนส่งสินค้า ความเสียหายต่อทรัพย์สิน และอาจกระทบต่อความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจอีกด้วย
การนิคมอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (กนอ.) จึงมองหาระบบที่ทำได้มากกว่าการตรวจวัดระดับน้ำ โดยร่วมมือกับเดลต้าเพื่อนำร่องติดตั้ง ระบบปั๊มอัจฉริยะและโซลูชันการจัดการน้ำแบบบูรณาการ ด้วยซอฟต์แวร์ VTScada ของเดลต้า ที่เชื่อมต่อเซนเซอร์วัดระดับน้ำ ปริมาณน้ำฝน และระบบควบคุมปั๊มอัตโนมัติบนคลาวด์เข้าด้วยกัน ทำให้สามารถดูข้อมูลแบบเรียลไทม์และสั่งการจากระยะไกลผ่านเว็บไซต์และมือถือได้ทันที ตอบสนองต่อสถานการณ์ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว พร้อมรองรับการขยายระบบในอนาคต

Welcome to this week’s . During Thailand’s rainy season, climate change is bringing increasingly unpredictable weather, with heavy rainfall and rising water levels placing greater pressure on drainage systems across Bangpoo Industrial Estate, a low-lying area vulnerable to localized flooding. If flooding occurs, it could disrupt factory operations, delay employee travel and goods movement, damage property, and affect business continuity.
To address these risks, the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) sought a smart solution that could do more than simply monitor water levels. Working with Delta, IEAT implemented an integrated 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗣𝘂𝗺𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗩𝗧𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗮. The platform connects water-level sensors, rainfall monitoring, and cloud-based automated pump controls, while providing real-time monitoring and remote access via web and mobile devices. This provides IEAT greater visibility and control, enabling faster response, more effective water management, and future system expansion.
💧 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Through a centralized VTScada interface, operators can monitor water levels, rainfall, pump status, and connected equipment across the project locations. Real-time information gives the team a clear view of conditions without relying only on repeated site inspections or separate systems.

Pumps can start and stop automatically according to predefined water-level settings. Operators can also monitor and control the system remotely through web and mobile interfaces, helping the team respond faster from any location.
📲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘀
DIACloud provides secure cloud connectivity to the VTScada-based system, allowing authorized operators to access real-time dashboards, alarms, historical records, and reports through web and mobile devices. When water or rainfall reach predefined warning levels, email and mobile alerts help response teams act quickly to reroute logistics and employee transport away from flooded roads and protect valuable assets before the situation worsens.
By connecting field sensors, pump controls, cloud connectivity, and SCADA software, Delta enables data visibility, accelerates response times, and strengthens water management readiness for factories throughout the project area at Bangpoo Industrial Estate to mitigate climate sustainability risk.
