Using 3D printing capabilities in operation, we successfully suggested an alternative bobbin that was both simpler to print, and at a better value for the customer without impacting product performance. Truly, it is called a win-win!
The outcome from the project is firmly set that KV Electronics can make printed sub-parts in-house at our 3D printing station, this 3D printer will make the parts delivered on time and within existing specifications or even at a better scope, and it allows the customer to meet their timeline on sourcing the part from a right supplier and opens the door for future projects of the customers at KV Electronics.

Earth Club (a nickname is blue-shirt volunteers) is a group of friends and colleagues who’re working at KV Electronics, the club members dedicate their free time to participate in the events and activities organized by the local community at Samut Prakan province where is also a place called the home of KV-Families in Thailand.

The main objective of a club and its members is not only to get their friendship closer but also to raise awareness by means of workshops, seminars, environmental events, and even by celebrating certain important international days related to the environment such as “The Earth Day”. This year of Earth Day 2023, the club members joined local activists, community leaders, and villagers in Bang Poo district, Samut Prakan province to plant mangrove forests and collect sea garbage for the betterment of their neighborhood’s environment.

WHY Mangroves? - they are all climate heroes. Mangrove forests are some of the most valuable carbon sequesters on our planet. We’ve kept our calculations conservative on carbon footprints, but the average mangrove tree absorbs roughly 300 kgs of CO2 over 25 years. Thereafter, they absorb 25 kgs a year, and that doesn’t even take into calculation all the baby mangrove trees that join the party over the years.

Our employees are the backbone of our success, and we want to express our gratitude for their hard work and dedication. Without their tireless efforts, we would not be where we are today.

As part of our celebration on March 21 2023, we held a traditional Buddhist almsgiving ceremony in the morning to make offerings to the monks. It was a deeply meaningful and symbolic way for us to honor our heritage and values of generosity and compassion.

In the afternoon, we organized a lunch event for our employees, providing them with lunch boxes and drinks. It was a small token of our appreciation for their contributions to our company's success.
