Our team recently visited Hsa Thoo Lei School, where we had the pleasure of meeting with students and teachers and donating a projector to support classroom learning and school activities.

Our team recently travelled to Kaw Moo Rah Junior College in Kawthoolei, where we donated 5 laptops to support students and their learning.

It was a privilege to visit the school, meet the students and teachers, and see firsthand the impact that access to technology can have on education.

Congratulations to all of the students who successfully completed the Basic Computer Class at Rocky Mountain Children's Home! 🎉

Over the course of the program, students learned essential computer skills and gained confidence using technology. It was wonderful to celebrate their achievements and see the smiles, excitement, and pride as they received their certificates.

Our Graphic Design students recently wrapped up their course at our Rising Sun Learning Centre, and it was a joy to see them share their final presentations and creative projects.

From their first lessons to their final designs, the progress they made throughout the course was incredible. We're so proud of every student who completed the program and grateful to our teachers, volunteers, and supporters who continue to make opportunities like this possible.

Learning by doing.

In this video, our students at New Wave Learning Centre dismantle a desktop computer and explain the purpose of the hardware components inside, including the motherboard, CPU, RAM, storage devices, power supply, and other key parts.

Understanding how a computer works is an important step in developing practical IT skills. By taking systems apart and putting them back together, students gain hands-on experience that builds confidence, problem-solving abilities, and technical knowledge.

At Rising Sun Foundation, we believe that knowledge should be shared, not hidden, and that teaching skills creates opportunities that can last a lifetime.
