Threat Actor มีการประกาศขายข้อมูลผู้ใช้งาน Twitter ใน Breached Forum ซึ่งข้อมูลประกอบไปด้วยด้วยอีเมลและเบอร์โทรศัพท์ ซึ่งอาจจะส่งผลกระทบกับผู้ใช้งานที่มีข้อมูลรั่วไหลมากกว่า 5 ล้านคน ซึ่งมีรายงานตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคมที่ผ่านมา ว่ามี Threat Actor อ้างว่าเจอช่องโหว่และสามารถขโมยข้อมูลออกมาได้

Threat Actor มีการโพสขายขข้อมูลผู้ใช้งานปัจจุบัน (Active User) ของผู้ใช้งาน WhatsApp ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย ข้อมูลเบอร์โทรศัพท์ มากกว่า 500 ล้านรายชื่อ ที่มาจาก 84 ประเทศ ซึ่งข้อมูลส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้ใช้งานจาก US, Egypt, Italy, Saudi Aribia, France, Turkey และ UK

ค้นพบช่องโหว่ใหม่ในโปรแกรม WhatApp ที่ทำให้ผู้ไม่หวังดีสามารถติดตั้งมัวแวร์ลงไปในเครื่องเป้าหมายได้

ช่องโหว่นี้คือ CVE-2019-11931 ซึ่งเป็นช่องโหว่แบบ Stack-based Buffer Overflow โดยผู้ไม่หวังดีจะส่งไฟล์ MP4 มาให้กับผุ้รับ โดยจะฝังโปรแกรมเพื่อให้ทำงานติดตั้งมัลแวร์ลงไปยังเครื่องเป้าหมายแบบไม่รู้ตัว

Microsoft ออก Security Update ประจำเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2019 ซึ่งมีการปิดช่องโหว่ทั้งหมด 74 รายการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์ของ Microsoft ต่าง ๆ โดยมี Critical severity จำนวน 13 รายการ และ Important อีก 61 รายการ

ตอนนี้อาชญกรรมไซเบอร์ได้มีการส่งอีเมล์หลอกลวง (Spam Mail) โดยปลอมเป็นเมล์นัดหมายการประชุมออนไลน์บน Webex Meeting ซึ่งปกติ ถ้ากดรับนัดเข้าประชุม จะมีการให้ติดตั้งโปรแกรม Webex ลงไป ซึ่งอาชญกรรมไซเบอร์อาศัยวิธีการนี้หลอกให้เหยื่อติดตั้งโปรแกรม RAT (Remote Access Tool) ลงไปแทน หรือเปิด Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) เพื่อเข้าควบคุมเครื่องของเหยื่อ

A clever spam campaign is underway that pretends to be a WebEx meeting invite and uses a Cisco open redirect that pushes a Remote Access Trojan to the recipient.  Using open redirects add legitimacy to spam URLs and increases the chances that victims will click on an URL.
