Rosewood Hong Kong Summer Campaign & Mila Pop Up 🌞🍹

This summer, Riviera partnered with Rosewood Hong Kong to bring Rosewood Doha’s Bib Gourmand–winning Mila to East Asia for the very first time, transforming Botanical Kitchen into a coastal Levantine dining destination and activating a 360° poolside lifestyle experience across the hotel.

From concept to completion, our team reimagined the existing restaurant with a custom Middle Eastern–inspired arch frame, lanterns, lighting, and soft décor that evolved from day to night - complete with sh**ha service in the semi‑outdoor bar area to complete the Levantine social‑dining vibe.

At the pool, we styled a relaxed summer lounge with bean bags, branded cushions in the movie room, and a dedicated Rosewood coconut kiosk serving fresh coconuts, creating a photogenic escape that encouraged guests to linger, explore, and capture shareable moments.

The Premier League brought its energy and spirit of the game to Jalan Besar Sports Centre, with a vibrant community football event designed to celebrate the league and inspire the next generation of players.
Welcoming around 90 participants, the event brought together children, media representatives, and two Premier League legends, Nemanja Vidić and Joe Cole, for a memorable day of football, connection, and inspiration. Young participants enjoyed friendly matches and exclusive training sessions led by coaches, creating an engaging experience that combined fun, learning, and the excitement of world-class football.
For this event, EPL once again trusted Riviera Events to manage all branding and logistics aspects, ensuring every detail was set up as planned and the event ran smoothly on the day itself. Supporting the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok’s Himmapan Forest celebration reminded us of what’s possible when creativity, hospitality, and precision come together under one sky.

Two centerpiece performances captivated the audience:

🔆 Mekhala vs Ramasoon: A dramatic riverside performance portraying the legendary celestial chase of light and thunder.

🔆 Garuda – The Light of Himmapan Forest: A powerful performance symbolising strength, protection, and light after the storm, leading guests towards a hopeful New Year.

🎶 A live band performance at the riverside created a relaxed and elegant festive atmosphere.

🎧 DJ performance guided the energy from evening celebrations through countdown and post-fireworks festivities.

Inspired by celestial legends and natural wonders, the Himmapan Forest theme unfolded across riverside venues with symbolic performances, atmospheric music, and dynamic energy that built toward a dramatic countdown.

Event Objectives:

1. To create an immersive and memorable NYE experience inspired by the Himmapan Forest.

2. Deliver a seamless countdown moment leading into the New Year.

3. Enhance guest engagement through curated performances, music, and riverside ambiance.

4. Celebrate the arrival of a bright, joyful, and prosperous New Year.

Guests were first welcomed by floral-inspired minglers representing nature’s beauty and warmth, including fantastical creatures like Makareephon and Kinnare. These characters set the tone for an enchanted evening ahead.
