เรื่องเล่า.. จากโต๊ะทรงงาน 3
ส่วนใหญ่ตามบ้านที่สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง เสด็จฯ เยี่ยมราษฎร หากทรงเจอแม่บ้านพูดเรื่องความยากจนก็จะรับสั่งว่า “ทอผ้าซีจ๊ะ ส่งผ้ามาจะรับซื้อ จะได้มีเงินส่งให้ลูกเรียนหนังสือ" สมเด็จฯ ต้องพระราชประสงค์ที่จะให้ราษฎรมีการศึกษาสูงขึ้นเพื่อจะได้เป็นคนที่มีคุณภาพขึ้นและจะได้มีโอกาสทำมาหารายได้ที่ดีขึ้นด้วย ชาวบ้านที่ได้รับรายได้จากการทอผ้าต่างซาบซึ้งในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณยิ่งนัก
หลวงปู่เทสก์ เทสรังสี วัดหินหมากเป้ง จ.หนองคาย เคยเล่าถวายว่า ชาวบ้านที่มาทำบุญที่วัดบอกหลวงปู่ว่า เดี๋ยวนี้เขามีความสุขสบายขึ้น เพราะศิลปาชีพของพระราชินีช่วยเขา

Most of the time, when H.M.Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother visited the villagers and heard the housewives complaints about poverty, H.M. will say "Weave fabric, send them to me to buy,so you would have income to send your children to school"
H.M. wants the villagers to have higher education to be better qualified for higher earnings. The villagers who earned extra income from weaving were all grateful for H.M.'s kindness. Luang Poo Tes Tesrangsri, Wat Hin Mark Peng ,Changwad Nong Khai,told Her Majesty that villagers who came to the temple to make merit told Luang Poo that now they are much happier because the Queen’s Silpacheep helped them.
