Last Thursday, at the Microsoft x PALO IT x GitHub Executive Roundtable in Bangkok, we gathered senior technology leaders to discuss one question many enterprises in Thailand are now facing:
How do we move from AI interest to real enterprise action?
Some key points discussed at the session:
✅ AI adoption is moving beyond tools.
Khun Vasupon Thankakan , COO of Microsoft Thailand, opened the session with Microsoft’s perspective on Frontier Transformation for Software Development — highlighting how AI, agents, data, trust, and governance are coming together to reshape how technology teams work.
✅ Developer collaboration is entering a new era.
Vicky Israni from GitHub shared how GitHub Copilot is evolving from a coding assistant into a broader AI-powered developer platform — supporting teams across planning, coding, review, security, quality, and delivery.
✅ Gen-e2™ AI-first engineering is not “vibe coding.”
Frederic BERNAROYAT shared PALO IT’s perspective on Gen-e2™, our AI-first product delivery methodology. The discussion moved beyond code generation to what really changes across people, process, and technology — from operating models and governance to team structure, adoption, and business outcomes.
✅ Modernization is becoming continuous.
Vachara Suwansophon and Gun Kimsong demonstrated how agentic workflows can support legacy replatforming and continuous modernization — helping teams move from manual, reactive modernization to a more proactive approach where systems can respond to new signals, changes, and requirements with better traceability.
✅ The highlight was the roundtable discussion facilitated by Harit Wanapoh, where leaders shared honest perspectives on AI adoption in their own organizations — what has worked, what has not, and what still blocks AI from scaling across teams.
A sincere thank you to all our guests who joined us and contributed to such an open and valuable discussion. Your perspectives, questions, and real-world experiences made the session truly meaningful.
Thank you Mongkhol Nitakhot, Piyawiit Piasakul, Banharn Pokanukrom, Sittapong S., Suraphan Laokondee, surasuk thammawutikul, Markpong Jongtaveesataporn, Chatchai Sinthop, Weerayut Chenpanitsap, Wuthipong Achakornlak and everyone who joined us for this executive roundtable.
Special thanks to our partners at Microsoft and GitHub for making this session possible.
If your organization is still treating AI adoption or modernization as a one-time initiative, the real question now is:
How fast can your organization continuously adapt once your systems, teams, and workflows are live?
PALO IT is helping organizations navigate this shift — from AI-native product delivery to legacy modernization and enterprise-scale AI adoption.
