These comments genuinely made my day.
Next trimester starts this Monday, and I’ve been reviewing students’ reflections from the past trimester. I’m honestly so grateful.
What did you learn?
“More than I expected. I loved learning about signals and how it is handled when coding A1.”
What was fun?
“Network! I thought these topics were very suffering, but after some classes it somehow changed my opinions (to be more positive).”
Any comments?
"Great class by Ajarn Songpon as always"
“Ajarn’s teaching style allows me to reduce that bias gradually. I feel like I am more familiar and more happy with what I learn.”
This is exactly what I hope for.
My highest goal in teaching—and a principle I try to hold onto—is not to forcefully push content onto students, not to “cram content down your throat” (ยัดเยียดเนื้อหา) and tell people to just learn it because they have to. It’s to help students like what they’re learning, love what they discover, and feel happy throughout the whole learning journey.
Because that’s the kind of learning that actually stays with you. That’s the kind you remember.
And then… I also found out I might not be human after all, because one comment literally said: “The instructor is the GOAT.” !!!
Just kidding, lol—but seriously, thank you.
Thanks to all my students for your trust, respect, and the positive attitude between us. I’ll keep doing my best.
