🔷Junior Sales Consultant
Salary THB 20,000 - 35,000 /month
🔸Scope of Work
▪️Support Sales Consultants to identify and nurture sales opportunities, such as preparing materials, coordinating schedules, and following up with potential clients.
▪️Assist in responding to inbound inquiries from interested leads as a first contact point (inside sales role), and pass qualified opportunities to senior members.
▪️Join client meetings and product demonstrations together with senior members to learn how our solutions solve real-world business challenges.
▪️Support onsite and online verification at client sites (PoC, pilot use, and field research) to understand customers’ operations and needs.
▪️Help create and update simple sales documents, proposals, and internal reports.
▪️Collaborate with other teams to share customer feedback and improve our product and sales materials.
🔸Requirements
▪️Thai nationality, Age 23-29 years old
▪️Bachelor's degree holder
▪️Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
▪️Strong interest in B2B sales and helping businesses solve their problems.
▪️Eager to learn SaaS/technology products and business operations.
▪️Team player with a proactive and responsible working attitude.
▪️Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping businesses succeed

🔷Junior Customer Success Consultant

🔸Scope of Work
▪️Support Customer Success Consultants to help clients maximize the potential of Teachme Biz through training sessions and usage recommendations.
▪️Assist in creating and organizing customers’ manuals and other output contents using Teachme Biz, based on guidance from senior members and clients.
▪️Support onsite and online field verification at client sites to understand how customers actually use the system.
▪️Provide basic customer support in Thai and English via email, phone, online meeting, and chat under the supervision of senior members.
▪️Help prepare and update support materials, FAQs, and internal knowledge documents.
▪️Coordinate schedules, prepare documents, and handle other tasks that help smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
🔸Requirements
▪️Thai nationality, Age 23-29 years old
▪️Bachelor's degree holder with excellent communication skills in Thai and English
▪️Customer-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving
