Position : DMC Training & Support Supervisor
Job Description
• Oversees training programs that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and more
• Determines training needs and requirements for an organization or group by meeting with CTO , with DMC , and internal staff
• Schedules training sessions & presents in-person and online training sessions
• Monitors training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary
• Respond to email messages or chatting systems for DMC seeking help.
• Maintains an understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods
• Works with CTO to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific DMC demand on each country
• Other related tasks assigned by CTO if needed
Qualification
• Male/Female age 25 – 35 years old
• Bachelor's degree in any field or Tourism background will be an advantage, but not essential.
• Minimum working experience for 3 years
• Have a good attitude and strong service mind
• Experience in Microsoft Office is essential
• Must be willing to learn new technology
• Willing to work in a team, able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Good command of English
• Good interpersonal skill
• Work experience in travel system would be a plus
• Travel industry experience would be a plus
