มี AI ช่วยตรวจจับความผิดปกติ

แต่คำถามคือ…

ทำไมคนไข้ยังต้องรอ?
ทำไมโรงพยาบาลยังต้องโทรตาม?
ทำไมการอนุมัติยังไม่สม่ำเสมอ?
และทำไม dispute ยังเกิดซ้ำ ๆ?

เพราะปัญหาไม่ได้อยู่ที่ “การตรวจจับหลังเกิดเหตุ”

ปัญหาอยู่ที่ “การออกแบบก่อนการรักษา”

จากประสบการณ์ที่ได้ทำงานกับโรงพยาบาลในระดับ EMRAM Stage 6–7
สิ่งที่เห็นชัดมากคือ

ระบบจะดีแค่ไหน
ถ้า governance ไม่ชัด
ความไม่สอดคล้องจะเกิดขึ้นเสมอ

Claims conflict มักไม่ได้เริ่มตอนส่งเคลม
แต่มักเริ่มตั้งแต่ก่อนคนไข้เข้ารับการรักษา

การเพิ่มคน ไม่ได้แปลว่าเพิ่มความแม่นยำ
การเพิ่ม AI ไม่ได้แปลว่าลดความขัดแย้ง

สิ่งที่เปลี่ยนเกมจริง ๆ คือ
การทำให้กติกาชัดเจน
สอดคล้อง
และอธิบายได้ ตั้งแต่ต้นทาง
