We are hiring - UX/UI Designer [Full-time]
ESIC Lab is a multidisciplinary research group with the perfect combination of a creative technologist and researcher team. We implement and commercialize creative technologies and strive to push policy recommendations that inspire decision-making within both the public and private sectors. We are looking for a UX/UI designer to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Research user needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and other design documents to communicate and iterate on design ideas.
- Design and ensure visual identity, user interfaces, and environmental graphics are consistent and cohesive
- Create experiences for Responsive Websites and Web Applications, while extending UX/UI principles to physical environments, such as exhibition design and spatial interactions
- Testing and evaluating designs with users to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Designers, Researcher, and Developers
- Present and explain design concepts to clients and stakeholders for clear understanding and approval.

What We’re Looking For
This role focuses heavily on Visual Design, Conceptualization, and User Flow, with no coding or front-end development required. If you meet the essential requirements and the role resonates with you, please apply.

Qualifications
- At least 1+ year of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in any field
- Strong skills in visual hierarchy, typography, and layout.
- Adaptive mindset, can apply design knowledge to new contexts. Not limited to standard screen patterns, experiments with human-space-information interaction.
- Understanding of user needs across multiple devices
- Team spirit, strong communication abilities, good organizational skills, and a high sense of ownership. Willing to learn new things and adapt quickly.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

งานเทศกาลสถาปัตยกรรมสื่อ 2568 หรือ Media Architecture Biennale 2025 ครั้งแรกในกรุงเทพฯ และเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ภายใต้ธีม ‘Urban Dialogue’ การสร้างบทสนทนาเมืองผ่านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสื่อผสมผสานกับงานเชิงสถาปัตยกรรมและการพัฒนาพื้นที่ จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 18-23 พ.ย. 2568 ณ หอศิลปกรุงเทพฯ (BACC)

ประกอบไปด้วยกิจกรรม

การสัมมนาวิชาการด้านสถาปัตยกรรมสื่อ (Media Architecture Conference) จากนักวิจัย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และศิลปิน จากมหาวิทยาลัยและองค์กรชั้นนำระดับโลก ระหว่างวันที่ 20-21 พ.ย. 2568 ณ ห้อง Auditorium ชั้น 5 ตั้งแต่เวลา 10.00-17.00 น

การจัดแสดงนิทรรศการ(Exhibition & Showcase) จากหน่วยงานและสตูดิโอออกแบบผลงานศิลปะสื่อผสม ระหว่าง 18-23 พ.ย. 2568 ณ ห้อง Friend of BACC ชั้น 6 ตั้งแต่เวลา 10.00-20.00

การประกวดผลงานด้านสถาปัตยกรรมสื่อ (MAB25 Awards) จากสตูดิโอชั้นนำทั่วโลก พร้อมรับชมการนำเสนอรอบสุดท้าย (Final Pitching) ในวันที่ 22 พ.ย. 2568 ตั้งแต่เวลา 10.00-18.00 น.

CALENDAR: ขอเชิญร่วมงานประชุมนานาชาติว่าด้วย ‘สถาปัตยกรรมสื่อ’ ในงาน Media Architecture Biennale 2025
Media Architecture Biennale (MAB) เป็นงานประชุมนานาชาติที่จัดขึ้นทุกสองปี ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นที่การสำรวจและนำเสนอการพัฒนาในงานด้านสถาปัตยกรรมสื่อ (Media Architecture) เป็นเวทีที่รวมวิชาชีพการออกแบบจากทั่วโลกมาแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และผสมผสานสื่อดิจิทัลเข้ากับงานทางสถาปัตยกรรม วัฒนธรรมร่วมสมัย รวมถึงการพัฒนาเมือง
ในครั้งนี้ MAB มาในธีม ‘Urban Dialogue: Transformative Living Phenomena’ ที่สะท้อนว่า ‘เมือง’ มีบทบาทสำคัญในฐานะพื้นที่แห่งการปะทะสังสรรค์ทั้งในระดับชุมชน ระดับเมือง และระดับโลก ซึ่งนำไปสู่การสร้างแนวคิด, การเชื่อมองค์ความรู้ศาสตร์ต่างๆ เพื่อย้อนกลับมาทำให้เมืองเติบโตและรองรับความแตกต่างหลากหลายที่มากขึ้นในปัจจุบัน
และในครั้งนี้ กรุงเทพมหานครเป็นเมืองแรกในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ที่เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดงาน Media Architecture Biennale 2025 โดยจัดขึ้นที่ หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร (bacc) มีกิจกรรมที่น่าสนใจ ดังนี้
• นิทรรศการและงานจัดแสดงศิลปะ / พื้นที่ลานด้านหน้าหอศิลปฯ และห้อง Friends of bacc (ชั้น6) การจัดแสดงนิทรรศการและสื่อศิลปะด้านการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมที่มีการผสมผสานสื่อดิจิทัลหรือนวัตกรรมสมัยใหม่ เพื่อการต่อยอดไปสู่การพัฒนาพื้นที่สาธารณะ อาคาร ชุนชน และเมือง
• งานประกวดผลงานด้านสถาปัตยกรรมสื่อ (MAB Awards) / ห้อง Multi-function (ชั้น1) การประกวดผลงานด้านสถาปัตยกรรมสื่อ และพิธีมอบรางวัลให้กับโครงการที่ช่วยสร้างผลกระทบและเกิดแนวคิดการพัฒนาเมืองรูปแบบใหม่ด้วยการใช้เทคโนโลยีสื่อสมัยใหม่
• งานเสวนาและประชุมวิชาการ (Conference) / ห้องออดิทอเรียม (ชั้น5)
การประชุมวิชาการเพื่อนำเสนอหัวข้อวิจัยด้านการออกแบบ, สื่อดิจิทัล, นวัตกรรมในสถาปัตยกรรมและการพัฒนาเมือง
