Beshr is a Senior DevOps and Cloud constant with over +14 years of experience in IT and the last 6 years in the cloud tech. Worked as freelancer for many companies in US, UK, Denmark, Netherlands and Australia on Cloud infra setup and optimization, Security improvement, Cost reviews, automations and migration projects including micro-services deployments.

Beshr Holds 17x related cloud certifications (10xAWS, 1xAzure, 3xKubernetes, 1xTerraform and others)

Dania Alrefai

Dania is a Senior Cloud Engineer with 7+ years of experience designing, building, deploying, and operating cloud-based systems. Her work spans applications, platforms, and infrastructure across AWS and multi-cloud enterprise environments.

2025: What an exciting year it was for AWS UG Damascus! 🇸🇾

We’re closing out 2025 with incredible pride. In just 6 months, we’ve built an active community of builders from across Syria and beyond!

What we achieved together:
- 3 Major Meetups: 2 digital and our first-ever in-person event in Damascus, Syria.
- Global Impact: Connecting experts inside and outside the country.
- AWS Recognition: High praise from AWS leadership for our community's productivity.
