Registration and payment process:
Juba city council encourages all business owners, Businesses, Organizations, Companies, Shopping Centers, Shops owners or their representatives (Holding authorization letter from the owner) and any entity operating a business within Juba Block City Council to take part in the registration and payment process of digitalization system of revenue collection.
The required Documents:
* Individual:
-Person’s photo (passport size)
-Copy of National I.D/Passport
* Business:
-In cooperation Certificate
-Tax Clearance Certificate
-Chamber of commerce certificate
-Operation License
* Property:
-Property dimensions (width and Height)
-Ownership Certificate
-Property Usage/Utilization
* Automobile:
-Logbook
-Driving License
-Vehicle Usage
After registration is done, the system generates an instant BILL (Demand Note /Form 15) based on the services that’s applicable to your business type with the actual price to pay/clear.
Payments are only done at the Eden Bank counters located in all JCC Blocks (HQ, Juba, Kator, Munuki & Environment) or in any Eden Bank branch. The bank will issue a paid receipt for you.
System Services: Service Fee-Town Rate-Trading License-Ground Rent-Rental Value-Change of purpose-Garbage Collections-Application Forms …. etc.
